What is “VALUE+ investing”?

Supreme of all investing methods and philosophies is Value Investing. Benjamin Graham is considered father of Value Investing. He outlined an almost (!) scientific method of evaluating stocks and bonds. Warren Buffett gives maximum credit of his success to Benjamin Graham. Graham gifted two masterpieces to world, ‘Security Analysis’ published in 1934 and ‘The Intelligent Investor’ published in 1949. These books are symbol of timeless excellence. Once Warren Buffett read these books and Graham taught him how to evaluate securities at Columbia University, his life changed forever. He left everything and simply followed Graham’s investing philosophy all his life and till date.

VALUE+ investing is crafted around Graham’s Value Investing. Philip Fisher, Warren Buffett, Charlie Munger, Peter Lynch and Howard Marks have displayed their genius and made us believe that investing is LEARNABLE! Some sincere students of Value Investing like Mohanish Pabrai and Guy Spier literally copied Warren Buffett and achieved success in getting better at investing.

Dr. Yuvaraj Vyas has developed unique content on the basis of rigorous research on Warren Buffett Letters, Berkshire Hathaway AGMs, Several Books on Warren Buffett, Buffett’s Interviews etc. A believer of the simple philosophy ‘Read 2 Learn’, he is an MBA and a Ph.D. in Management having 16 years of experience in academics and industry together. He’s got NISM-Series XV – Research Analyst certificate and attended ‘Advanced Data Analysis for Business Research Using Statistical Packages, GTU’. He is UGC-NET qualified in Management subject.

He is currently pursuing entrepreneurial journey through training, skill development and mentoring to graduates by founding My School of Finance. His deep interest in business management and research is espoused through fundamental research and extensive study of various investment philosophies, behavioral finance, top management behavior across businesses and various business models across the industries.
